Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Survey run by a company called Perceptyx

If its not anonymous as Perceptyx claims it to be, we can go after them.
Also if you manager picks on you after the survey for any reason, you can file a complaint. Make sure you do. Recorded incidents are like insurance.

Perceptyx make a huge point of taking about how anonymity is at the core of their business and that individuals are not identifiable from surveys by anything under their control.

If that was proven to be false, their reputation would be trashed. They’d be out of business. It’s anonymous.

Of course, it isn’t easy to raise concerns specific to you and your job without giving at least some clue to your identity. But constructive comments aren’t going to get you in trouble.

They need to stfu about the survey and stop pushing it down our throats. I’m not doing it obviously so leave me alone.

If you don't want to leave comments, which appear to be "required" when you say something below average, just press the spacebar a couple of times, type a single character, backspace and move on.

If you want to stay anonymous then don't type in any comments that could lead them back to you. The vendor will say it is anonymous to Fiserv. They only give results if 5 or more people fill it out under a given manager. The vendor does know if you did it or not, that prevents users from submitting multiple ones. They also need to know who did it to tie it to the manager. They are not supposed to share that data with Fiserv. What really happens, who knows but I have used this vendor at other companies and it was at least true there.

To the first responder, 100% agree just be honest. F-them if they don't like it.

Honestly you just gotta grow a pair and be honest. Don't be emotional, state your complaints and why they negatively effect the company. And then have a conversation with your manager when they come to you about the low scores you gave.
