I don't know if it's part of their plan or not, but I think a lot of people here feel really miserable. Is it possible that this is what the leadership actually wants? Leaving this place means saving your health.

I was happy here at original fiserv before the first data inquisition. Now I’m depressed, angered, and with a feeling of no longer caring for this new corporate clownery.
Someone mentioned how disconnected Frank is from his workforce and I couldn't agree more. Problem is, he likes it that way. Frank is like Elon Musk without any of the brains about technology.
Tomorrow is my last day. Mixed feelings because I love most of my team but am just DONE and have ceased to care about the company. And Frank is a baby tyrant and the weekly “how to communicate” lectures from direct management are just nauseating. Bye!
Our clients hate us, is that what we want? I just for the life of me cannot understood how one is to survive in this hostile work environment. Let’s stop the corporate madness and take care of our clients first! They deserve so much more….
“Brookfield could have been rehabbed”
It's been rehabbed many times. Besides it is just a big ole cubicle farm with a lot of vacancies and a small data center.
Panic attack, exhausted, crying, angry, headaches, anxiety and now high blood pressure. Nobody should have to take pharmaceuticals to cope with their job. Thank you Frank…I know I’m not the only one.
Soon it will be like Junior High and when you need to go to the bathroom we will need the key with the big block of wood attached so it won't get stolen
“Brookfield could have been rehabbed”
No. You can’t have people working on a literal construction site. It’s not like they’d let everyone WFH during the rebuild.
“And is easier to get too”
That would depend where you live.
“If you like downtown go to BH”
Makes absolutely no sense.
The plan is to make as many people as miserable as possible, so they will quit. The goal is 20% attrition. We are not treated like professionals, we are treated like meaningless cogs in Frank’s machine. We are spied on with Sapience and badge swipes. Please raise your hand if you need to leave your seat and get a restroom pass.
Good luck selling that huge property in Brookfield in Bidens high-rate economy.
I have seen at least 5 contractors roll back their acceptance or leave on the same day due to change in hybrid work structure, he at the Innovation Center
Most people I know are miserable. Morale at an all time low. Fiserv exec leadership doesn't seem to care. As someone commented said it is heartbreaking and extremely sad.
Feelings are mutual here in BH. I would have assumed he was trying to make us quit but I thought he had to get 3000 of us here to get his precious tax break and we’re nowhere near that.
It's genuinely heartbreaking to read these comments. How a company can become so disconnected from the associates in a short period of time is striking. The old cliche of an "ivory tower" was never more applicable here. Senior management has no idea how to communicate or engage the rank and file. Those more than one rung down from FB have NO influence at all. Decisions are arbitrary, bordering on ridiculous--forcing 100% RTO when they know g.d. well there aren't even enough seats in buildings. Pushing the latest version of Sapience when core client platforms suffer with not enough resources to keep the lights on. Every--and I mean every--client request, regardless of line of business or group, is met with "limited bandwidth" responses. Town Halls with confetti and hashtags do not align with the realities--and the stock which once marched confidently upward has become an albatross. All praise fearless leader! Clients view the company as a joke--expecting servicing gaps, long lead times, inflexibility--but inertia and lack of competition in some areas mean they still ride along.
Brookfield used to be THE center and where we actually did work instead of just brain numbing town halls with no real message other than how great Frank and his cohorts are. Brookfield could have been rehabbed and it’s easier to get too. If you like downtown go to BH.
@1vgh+1mx4HNYd. You sound like Franks perfect person to relocate to BH.
@1zlo+1mx4HNY
That’s actually one of the better moves the company has made. Some of us hate going to Brookfield.
Just wait until Brookfield employees are forced to relocate to the "new" building. Moral and job satisfaction is already in the cr-pper, once we have to make that drive and file in like cattle morale will be non-existent. Frank and his ball lickers need to seriously get a clue about what they have done to this once great company.
The mood, morale and general vibe in the Brookfield office is horrible. To think what that office once was vs now is heartbreaking.
Ugh yes the negativity and working conditions are deplorable and getting worse each day!
Severance money has run out. Now he wants you to leave without getting paid severance.
Frank couldn't make everyone more miserable if he tried. We all should've gotten our goods when we could. I heard the steak at his daughters wedding was great, but I settled on the chicken option.
