Utter chaos. Too much change at one time. Many people making decisions who know absolutely nothing. This is not going to end well.

Thoughts on pooling? Seems like that will be the source of most of the ISPs as they repeatedly mention reducing duplication.

Some of the GPs that are leading the cascade 2 design are not qualified to do so. Despite the known gaps in ability somehow they survived the cut again. 😒

I am wondering what the number we are starting with is ahead of losing the 700 via GPs leaving, associate VSPs and associate ISPs.

Well there it is folks looks like 700 is the # by end of 2026. Funny thing those is the VSP is included into that 700 total so they only need 98 other associates to hit the 700.
