This company is trash

Management behaves as if they are running one of the most successful companies in the world, leadership thinks they are making great moves and they are all doing well except the employees who make it all possible for them. Why is the situation not... — read more

Why is HR so passive?

I understand that HR is only here for the company, but c'mon .. It is in the company's interest to have the best employees here and to be productive. What is happening is that some great employees cannot reach their full potential because they are... — read more

Why buy it when you can just take it?

Stores Are Done For

What do you spend most of your day doing? Fulfilling orders. Bopis. Not servicing walk-in customers. As was MT’s brilliant plan. Once the company gets itself together with warehouse infrastructure the brick and mortar will be gone. IF they can get it... — read more

CNBC interview news release on 11/30/21

Anyone see the CNBC news release of the interview with CEO MT? You would of thought the self promoted MT wore a cape by prematurely taking honors on turning BBBYs business around. What a joke. I think it was just a maneuver to soften the pending... — read more

My manager is a nightmare

Nothing he does is professional. I still can’t believe such people can become managers. It's as if no one controls that person, that's how he acts. To do a poll with all the great people who left here, I believe bad managers would be at the top of... — read more

I’m not sure what they expect to happen here. We have no one to help people that are actually in the store and those that we do have are on bopis and cds. This is absolutely stupid. I have worked here a very long time and I have NEVER seen it this... — read more

The worst Black Friday ever?

Some of you have been here much longer than me so you know better about it, but I can almost say with certainty that BBBY has never had a worse Black Friday. It's a real chaos and shame for the company. Admittedly, I didn't expect it to go any... — read more

They have no idea what they're doing

Don’t Be Fooled

The Kroger deal serves to enrich the shareholders. To prop up sales. The store traffic will slow further if customers can pick up their milk and a USA pan at the same store. Our jobs are not saved by this deal. The endgame is near.

At least they're trying

I like to give props where props are due. For too long the management did absolutely nothing to improve foot traffic, quite the opposite. They kept cutting people and hours so that customer service continued to suffer for years. At least this deal is... — read more

Being Taken Private

This company is ripe to be taken off the stock exchange. Private equities already own much of bloodbath, it’s only a matter of time before they sell everything off to line their pockets.

So many better choices

Apply at Costco, Target, IKEA, Trader Joe's, Aldi... There must be one of these around you! Dump this place before it dumps you.
