It really pi---s me off that we keep losing good people to stupid cuts when there are still plenty of managers who, to this day, do nothing but sit hidden away from view all day and do who knows what and then show up and complain about how the entire place is a mess. What's the point of them? What is it that keeps them safe all this time?

It might feel like more freight because less hours are being given to process. Our store has 15% less inventory than last year.

I don't know about any cuts at my store. We're being offered extra hours to help with all the freight we're being bombarded with.
Call it what it is, the new management team is on the take. I know for a fact.

they take what they're given, do what they're told, and don't push back on corporate idiocy, is my assumption
