Nothing he does is professional. I still can’t believe such people can become managers. It's as if no one controls that person, that's how he acts. To do a poll with all the great people who left here, I believe bad managers would be at the top of all the reasons why they ended up leaving here?

What exactly is the point of your post? Have you heard there is a huge shortage of workers just about every where? So why arent you taking your negativity to another company and another manager?
Those that can work do. Those that can’t become managers.
Exit interviews are not done when people leave (on good terms). So no one knows why people are leaving. They don’t want to know because then they will have to deal with it.
Do you people have ANYTHING positive to say? Seriously why do you stay somewhere you hate when there are thousands and thousands of jobs out there?
agree. HR is the worst. just an instrument for the execs to do their bidding, no spine.
All the discussions on this board talking about how bad it is out in the stores, I'm sure it is. What is not discussed as much is how bad it is within corporate, it is a complete dumpster fire. The previous poster that worked in IT can absolutely back this up, IT is a nightmare in this company. They can't get out of their own way and still years and years later BBB has the most antiquated technology in all of retail. Corporate life at BBB is looking out for yourself every second because you never know where the next kn--e that will try and stab you in the back is coming from. The definition of a hostile work environment. What makes it worse is HR does nothing and practically fosters this behavior and has done so for over a decade.
I worked in IT. Bad Management abounded all over the place. What a joke. Glad I left.
What is the point of this post? To stir up negativity? Do you not have friends ir coworkers you can vent to?97
