Apply at Costco, Target, IKEA, Trader Joe's, Aldi... There must be one of these around you! Dump this place before it dumps you.

Get out! I left, get paid less at my new job than I did as an ASM but am so much happier. At the associate level competitors are paying much more per hour usually right down the street. Money or not find a place that makes you feel valued.

Yeah I feel like there is so much disorganization that it's hard to focus on what is going on.

They have no consistent labor model for the stores. People working positions of greater responsibility are paid the same as no experience new hires.
The stores have been hollowed out and corporate has no idea what they’re doing. Take a look at the “careers “ page. Lots of store manager openings.
What the heck happened in Georgia?
And I though they got rid of the ASM position and cut everyone’s salary. Now they’re hiring for that position?
It’s so bad.
Not to mention regional chains, like Wawa where I am.
