Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

This company is trash

Management behaves as if they are running one of the most successful companies in the world, leadership thinks they are making great moves and they are all doing well except the employees who make it all possible for them. Why is the situation not reversed?
I hope that the top dogs will soon realize that there is no need to have such a high opinion of themselves because they have completely trashed this company.

The Corporate Goon is back trying to calm the waters. What a joke. Get ready for the collapse. The short sellers know the truth.
The C-Suiters don't deserve their stipend

They expect loyalty, dedication and hard work from us but we are just expendable and taken for granted.

Q3 will be amazing, but not as amazing as Q4. The stores are busy, sales , conversion and traffic is up across the board. Buy stock now to secure your future! Just wait watch and see!!!!!!

The Corporate Goon spoke again promoting the nonsensical WOKE liberal insanity. JUST WAIT AND SEE THE RESULTS OF Q3 earnings in January. Can't believe they put such id--ts in change.

The company is great. If you don’t like it why not leave? Probably because your negative attitude shows through and everyone can see it so you can’t get hired. This company has a strong future and negative Nancy’s like you should be no part of it.

To be fair the associates in the stores and most of corporate are certainly not trash, however they are treated like trash from the business. BBB has always been cheap, especially when it comes to compensating their associates. This has never changed and never will change. Store employees as well as corporate employees are grossly underpaid and it has been this way for well over a decade. Now is the time to get out as there are plenty of jobs to be had paying a lot more than what BBB is offering within a culture that is not nearly as toxic. Bottom line is don't label associates based upon the behavior of the company (execs and higher).

Bed Bath and Beyond has not wised up to the fact that they are behind the times on how to treat employees. Other companies are offering better pay and incentives to stay with their company. With 10 million job openings right now people don't to need take their cr-p.

Get out while the getting is good. I got a new job last week and am getting paid DOUBLE what BBB was paying me and I have a better schedule now. Don't put up with their nonsense any longer!

Management is like that everywhere. Just ignore them. Don't give them that kind of power over you. It's the holidays around the corner. Stay positive and hope for a better year next year.

I like shopping at BBB and I don't think the place is trash. The BBB employees are very nice where I shop.
