I understand that HR is only here for the company, but c'mon .. It is in the company's interest to have the best employees here and to be productive.
What is happening is that some great employees cannot reach their full potential because they are bullied here, and HR seems like it's not their problem at all. This passivity is awful.

Corporate HR are a bunch of wh_ore_s
HR is not about protecting the workers.
HR is about protecting the company from the workers and the government ( law suits and compliance).

Homophobic and anti-trans comments made in my store to an associate on the selling floor. And about said associate to others. HR didn’t even give a slap on the wrist or PIP or warning. Not even a note to file. It explicitly states in the hand book that it is a termination offense for cause. “We’ll make sure it’s handled properly.” Three employees left because of HRs lack of action.

HR is a joke. Might as well outsource that dept overseas also.
The current HR department is just a shell that only provides Legal guidance to Corporate for the employees going out the door. Very sad. The end is near!
i'm assuming anyone that was in HR that actually cared either left or has been laid off over the last few years, and whoever is there now is just there to make sure everyone watches our super informative videos
