SSL. ?????
that's how it happened last year, they overwhelmed the stores with the new fulfillment process and didn't plan on supplies being back ordered (or i'm assuming costing as much as they do, since our supplies have gotten noticeably cheaper over the last year). my store was a little more prepared this year, but still caught off guard by the larger number of orders compared to last year, and still have the supplies we tried to be prepared with on back order
Source?!? I mean yeah a few stores close around January but this happens EVERY year recently!!
How does corporate roll out the new Omni process but not make sure the supplies needed to make this happen effectively the vendors who supply the tools needed are in stock of what is needed to make this happen. Yup nope. Blaming the stores for not ordering supplies yet the supplies were ordered months ago and are on bac order. That’s right blame the store staff and not the corporate people who are still working from home. Smh
People disappearing? Like vanishing? Has anyone looked for them?
Is this what the conference call about today?
It will be hard on the Corporate Operations folks who drank the Kool-Aide and soon to be canned
