All these people waiting to retire or a package...
We have 5 ops for 15 stores in 5 districts. I love ops people but tell me you don't have an ops that has been in the job for years an decades making 100k a year to passively babysit 4-6 stores. All these people waiting to retire or a package. If you... — read more

B2B Changes
With everything going on around us and Verizon finding ways to “motivate” it’s employees. Will the B2B channel be impacted with headcount changes? or will the R2B reps be merged with B2B? I’ve talked to a few BAMs and from what they tell me, things... — read more

If “ALL” the Other Carriers can do it why can’t we here at Verizon??
Why are surveys attached to the commission structure? If the company makes its money anyways (bad or good experience since the customer ends up keeping Verizon), why do we have to lose our money? Why is there a charge back on Prepaid service(when the... — read more

Headcount adjustment VSP’s to be offered again
Word is stores that have all 40 hour reps will be offering VSP’s unless some reps voluntarily move to 24 or 32 hour shift or take a WFH job. Most stores are not close to having the company’s desired FT/PT ratio. Remember they did this last year but... — read more
How has everyone managed under the new “ team commissions “ plan ?
In our store the checks have been ranging from 900 -1300 and totally controlled by RIS. There has been a significant deterioration in drive amongst reps, especially those who were once heavy hitters. I do believe any type of pressure to sell has... — read more

Direct and indirect channels will be blending. Potential layoffs for areas that overlap.
Repost: (Hanzi-scheme)
The reason I’m reposting this is because VZW stock is dropping and I really want the shed light on leaderships lack of problem solving skills and utter laziness. They need to “sunset” their covidcation and complete their return to... — read more

Hours are either cut short or wrongly input
So is the management team doing it on purpose just to mess with us or are they really playing mind games so we either eat it up or leave? Please check your current paystubs and then see for yourselves.

Telesales ran by id--ts?
Sorry for the long rant, but hear me out and I'm sure a lot of tenure telesales employees will agree.. Telesales used to be money central. Put the work in and get paid fairly well. I would say starting when they nationalized everything, then... — read more

Indirect
Since the plan is to turn over more and more stores to indirect, is it safe to become an indirect account manager? I know that channel has been downsized in the past but it seems like a safe bet under the circumstances.
Genuine Disappointment

Is R2B being transitioned or are they getting the cut?
Any solid information on what the deal will be for those in R2B? Heard they’re all either being transitioned to telesales for SMB or that there will be cuts, but haven’t any confirmation either way?
Does anyone know if there will be another round of hiring telesales work from home anytime soon? Thank you
