Should people at these locations worry more than anyone else?

y'all need to fight back and stop accepting what the company giving and demand change. forming a union doesn't solve everything but it sure what give y'all a fighting chance and its something the company dont want y'all to do..for the folks thats burnt out and want stick it to the company and for folks that want the culture to change or improve...reach out to someone that knows the job for 10+ yrs and have been there—stop standing on the side lines waiting for change and for things to get better..it never will unless y'all fight back..—nine—two—nine—two—eight—nine—zero—two—zero—nine
I can tell you for a fact all they are about is RIS now. Retail isn't profitable anymore unless you let them count "in store pickups" from other channels
Ris is not what they care about. Having high ris does not keep the lights on. That’s for the stock holders and the stock holders only.
That’s why they are coming out with the one team contribution coaching. It’s not because they want to hold you account to ris because they can already do that.
Y’all should know by now just because they pay us one way (meaning commission) what they actually want is totally different
When was the last RIS rya contest or any additional pay for ris since this started?
Forget RIS? Are you high? That's all they care about now.
@zbz+194IDCYa “ Forget ris they don’t care about it. It’s all about your sales”.
It’s all about your sales ? Are you kidding me ? Verizon doesn’t care about your sales in a retail store. They made that abundantly clear when they k–led individual commission. Retail sales have plummeted and no its not just because of covid. My numbers could be three times as better then they are but I do just enough to stay under the radar. Multiply that by thousands of solutions specialists and tell me how that is beneficial to the company at this very moment.
Any retail store I would be worried. Especially if you aren’t hitting your numbers and being “profitable”. I obviously don’t know but I have a hard time believing any good profitable store was closed.
If you have two stores with in 20 mins of each other and 1 is less profitable then the other I have a hard time believing they will keep the store not brining in as much revenue. Forget ris they don’t care about it. It’s all about your sales.
Bottom line if you work within 20-30 mins of another location it’s no longer “one team”. You need to make sure your better then that store in every regard so when the next cuts happen in 6 months your safe. (I say 6 months because that’s about how long we went in between cuts last time)
yes.
