Famous words from our past leadership in Northeast....TMobile and Sprint will go out of business in 5 years! PD KZ...That was 10 years ago...lol
@jcv+196RbygC condescending attitude muted any points you were trying to make. Let me guess you punch a 9-5 and use a basic phone?
Vans hestburg sounds like an angry boomer 🤣🤣
But that's what all you heavy hitters don't understand you couldn't have stopped this from happening. Your "effort" wouldn't have mattered. Paying someone twice what someone else makes to get 10% better results isn't gonna cut it anymore.
In the retail store i basically clerked my way through the 4th quarter. I could have done a lot better. I’m sorry that i contributed to the very poor results. Maybe if they kept individual commission things would have turned out a lot better. Once again i apologize LOL
Verizon is overpriced trash. They milked the best network BS forever and now the playing field been leveled.
Assuming we would have made the target or come close to it if we had not gone to the current team based retail model we (conservatively) just lost between $60M - $100M in revenue a year, in one quarter. So that would be (conservatively) $250M a year.
Wonder how much we were expected to save by removing individual commissions? Do you think it’s a wash?
One plus side is that prob cost Hans a few million dollars
It's why they are making such drastic cuts. Try and save what they can from the firesale that about to happen.
