It’s like they’re asking you questions to see if you wanna keep your job. Are you satisfied with work? I believe leader ship has a clear direction?Leader ship is creating a future I wanna be a part of? My role supports the company? These are just short versions and not all of them. I feel like they’re trying to figure out who they want to keep and who they wanna get rid of it so be careful how you answer. But if you don’t care about your job then go for it!!!

Our GM s—s and has zero empathy for anyone who works in the store. He gets defensive on any concern or opinion raised about something instead of just listening . Just a tiny amount of realism would go a long way. See our points ,work with them embrace them and respect them. Do I trust my GM? Nope

“Do you have a friend you can share ideas with?” That’s an odd question. I just always put agree on all the questions no matter what cuz I know that sh– isn’t really anonymous.
Know this to from a member of in store management... Your GM is being held responsible for the results of those surveys more or less... They are supposed to devise and implement action plans on ways to increase employee engagement and satisfaction and all those 1's are considered reflections of the environment your GM creates in store... So honestly, you aren't sticking it to the company, the company is putting the blame on your store leadership instead, as though we came up with OneTeam, cutting head count and closing stores, etc. Youre really just sticking it to your GM who can't control a damn thing your mad about, has no way to make you happy about it, and is just as confused, mad and uncertain as you are, although they had yo of known this type of stuff was coming if they've been with the company long enough to reach that level.. Ain't an action plan in this world I can put in place to make someone happy about the changes...
Leadership in the wireless NMC is Garbage nowadays.
The survey scores never reflect the feelings on this messageboard why is that ? One specific question is do you trust your supervisor ? The more koolaide a supervsior drinks the less they can be trusted. Anyway i think the scores can be manipulated into anything the company wants them to be.

Verizon has been a sinking ship since 2016 when they announced the ice cream plans and fired the regional presidents. As soon as the corporate governance shifted from regional to markets we have rapidly sped up our date with doom.

These surveys are NEVER anonymous. Brace yourself if you tanked the survey to have "random" conversations with your supervisor and be written up.It's an elimination process Everything is going automation in the wireless industry. They are going in phases to reduce more and more staff
