Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Hanzi-Scheme

Hanzi-scheme

The act of incompetently managing a company to benefit few in leadership positions. Typically the instigators of such schemes add little value as they are not innovative by nature and only serve as a mouth piece to appease shareholders and media. These people are masters of deflection, never admitting or taking responsibility for their poor decisions. Instead their solution is layoffs and raising quotas in an attempt to finance their short comings. Often having no background in engineering or applied sciences they are not capable of understanding what it takes to meet the impossible targets they set. They will then report these numbers as projected/attained at a “mark to market” valuation and give themselves big bonuses. Once it’s all said and done just before the collapse, they will quietly step away to infect a new host.

Verizon "leadership" are made up of people that shouldn't be there. Ronan stepped down from his job at O2 in the UK. His background was finance. After a major failure he "stepped down"

Hans a self admitted member of the socialist workers party of Sweden. Became the first CEO of Ericsson without an engineering background, and again finance.

In 2016 Ericsson was in crisis and old Hans was fired, for suspicions of corruption

Krista Bourne who is amazing American. Has only worked for Verizon and has been skyrocketed to the top based on who know what. Knowing people who worked for and with her at Verizon discribe her as not very pleasant to be around.

These are the people running the show. More worried about woke social justice issues. Giving millions away to some great originations and some very questionable ones.

Diego Scotti

Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer is another major problem. Someone else's trash, American Express dumped him and verizon heads to the dumpster and picks him up. Verizon has lost so much market share. Our advertising is horrible and old c-ap over and over. Spending an ungodly amount of money to advertise during the super bowl that did not mention any consumer products. It was a good as showing how 5G "could" help first responders in the correct area..

The in store and online promotions are turn offs to most customers. To many got you rules and really unclear promotions.. setting very high expectations only for customers to get p-ss-d off.

The ship is heading for the iceberg.

Hans has admitted that it's his job to basically be an actor in front of employees. He goes so far as to not "make appearances" when he feels he can't "play the role".

This was used as an example by one of Ronan's reports in a huge town hall as an example of how Verizon will support people taking time off for mental health during Covid. Ya, right.

Remember when Hans was fake crying during his speech regarding social injustice? And all the kool-aid drinkers were posting on social media; “That’s my CEO 👏🏼 “

Many people do not realize that Hans is doing exactly what Verizon hired him to accomplish.
