HCCP Questions
Question for anyone in the know. HCCP HCM RNs are required to take a Behavioral Health CBT in the Learning Center. Are all HCCP RNs doing this? 2nd question: Does anyone know when "Humana 2.0" is going into effect and what about training?
Layoffs tomorrow
All PHC's and referral specialist will be laid off as of tomorrow. Humana is moving to an all clinical staff.

Only RN getting hired, no more SWs?
Has anybody noticed that only RN's are getting hired for HAH? SW's are quitting and not getting replaced... makes you wonder!!! Any insight?

If HCCP is no longer enrolling new members and they stopped enrolling last month. How can this program stay viable for any length of time ? There are 10,000 people who become eligible for Medicare everyday. Why would they stop enrolling people?

Coaches need a roster!!!
Coaches should be making calls as well, they should have 1-2 mbrs daily so they learn the job. They have no clue as to the process or how long it takes to document. Get off our backs and grab a couple mbrs and do real work!

Humana payroll just screwed me HARD
