While working for Humana I have discovered more about myself but I have also discovered more about Humana. It does not really seem to be focused were interested in its members. It's seem to be focused on money. I get that. There a capitalistic private company. Sadly, against all business into Wishon, they put the cart before the horse. They over hired in anticipation of a merger that never happened. They've done their best to try to create the need for services that are needless in or not of benefit to members. They are poorly rated and poorly thought of. They are a poorly run organization yet they still manage to make money. They need to cut their losses now and continue on their plan. It saddens me to wonder, could they not make the same amount of money and actually provide services for members and pay for services for members. Their Medicare advantage plans have very poor ratings on most consumer sites. Finally they seem to be awakening up to that. I'm fine with losing a job. Hopefully something good will come out of it and they will actually start focusing on true needs of people who pay for their services that they do not provide.
