Now you know why nobody does the employee survey

This is why nobody does it, or if you do and don't have totally great things to say have another job lined up. It says right in WF email it is put right back on you to fix the problems. There is no responsibility taken by upper management. If you are dissatisfied the "culture and associate experience" then that's your problem to fix. Here's an idea, let's make our action plan to get rid of the survey and not deal with this foolishness.

I ignored the associate survey this time around. Judge me if you will, but that was the lowest thing on my priority list last week. Frankly, MF's email advice to take just 10 minutes and do the survey was not sound; in fact, it really irritated me. I needed those ten minutes to contact at least one more member to meet my numbers for the week. I'm pretty sure I did a greater good on that one call than I would have on the survey.
