I am a nurse at the company and am sorry you are going thru such stress. If you do need to look for jobs, are you aware of some of our joint venture providers that have community outreach programs and patient engagement roles. I am talking about Oak Street Health, Jencare, Parners I Primary Care. They are in IL, MI, Va, Wa, FL, LA and other areas. Just a thought.

Don't forget senior bridge! And with the transferable skills, there are nursing home social work jobs, smaller bed facilities have different requirements than larger bed, drug rehabs, and lots of other places that will value the knowledge base and case management experience
You are welcome. Do remember, you have transferable skills so don't just search for exact matches to your current role. You know a lot about managed care and Medicare. It's not just about your technical skills, it's about your competencies. You have good communication skills, can work on a team, problem solve, be accountable and many other skills like that. You can learn things fast. Good hiring managers value those skills a lot.
