It brought up a good point, the part he in the email about "work that no longer adds value" and what that will mean to us within the next few weeks?

Maybe so, but if you use personal identifiable info (like name etc.) even in form of a question, your post is still breaking this site's rules, therefore would be deleted by site admins, I'm sure.
I had a sociology class which should have been called "how to do research and write professionally while barely maintaining ethical and legal boundaries." Shady but useful. Libel is hard to prove but you can protect yourself by phrasing it as a question. Pay attention and you will see many questions in the media that are accusations barely disguised. Now you know how to legally get away with saying pretty much anything YAYYY
your not suppose to use first or last names on this site.
It might have been removed because it was essentially libel about a named person. I know it was meant as a joke but that opens up a whole box of legal issues. Better off gone for that reason. Someone mentioned naming names is not allowed on the site but we have been using initials for a long time :) We will know who it is. Please be careful what you say because it can be construed as libel which if pursed legally that thread could lose it's anonymity. You know the execs would love that.
I don't see it either. I think it had names in it though, which is against the rules of this site so they may have removed it. Too bad, it was a spirit lifter. :)
I was wondering the same thing. What happened to it and who would have removed it. Is it because the full name instead of initials were used?
