It will be a dramatic layoff this time since directors, COMs, coaches , RSs ,PHCs and CHEs will all be laid off. Our organizational chart will resemble a war torn city!

I'm so sick of this at this point. I was never a negative person but I am starting to resent this company deeply and I've never resented an employer. As hard as I work and every little thing is wrong, then we've got this nonsense hanging over our heads for a full month. Toxic employer.

So much easier for nurses and social workers to find jobs. Not so much for PHC and CHE
I've applied to around 100 roles since the last layoff... can't get an interview for the life of me... so discouraging
Once you leave and find another job you realize how ridiculous Humana is. Good luck to all of you ! Your talents will be appreciated elsewhere
I'm so glad I left! I'm happy working as an ICU nurse in the hospital again. I'm PRN as needed and I'm loving it. Yes, there is stress but I have time off when I need it. I can't imagine the stress y'all are under. Please take care of yourselves. I saw the writing on the wall during the first round of Layoffs. I think also lots of changes in Healthcare right now. Brace yourselves everyone but new roads will open up after it's all said and done. Praying you get answers soon. It's awful being on the edge.
At least if it is not tomorrow we will know it is the following week
Im thinking this is gunna drag out another week. That way theres the labor day holiday to decompress workers and emotions... And the wait continues

I don't know what's true or not. I just hope it happens tomorrow and I hope I'm on the list. If I could volunteer I would. Our coach is on us about every little thing, threatening our jobs because she can't handle the stress, and this job has done a 180 from what it once was. I was a health professional once. Now I'm just a little kid getting graded all the time on everything I do, with an attitude to boot.

Below poster true, but it really hurts your job history when job hunting to be let go like that.
I'm hccp PHC and we have lost about a third of my team last 2 months, however they all sent us the "accepted an offer elsewhere, I will miss you, team and coach!" email in advance of their last days. So nobody fired on our team, just quitting like crazy.
Those let go have confirmed with team mates, its happening people.. So make sure ur working like u need this job cause if u get let go u dont get severence or cushion of 70 days notice
How I feel today with all the b.s of the upcoming layoffs. who care people are let go daily. Humana is not the last job in the world other employment will follow just not sure where but there will always be work.
Someone told me they heard from their cousin's butcher that his uncle's step daughter's mailman has an ex-girlfriend who married some who goes to church with someone who works at Humana who said her co -worker told her someone on another team is no longer there, therefore she must have been fired for being on a PIP!
They don't give info when people are let go nor do they give info when people quit. How do you know they didn't quit? How do you know they were on PIP? That's right, you don't! Stop making folks panic! This is just ridiculous rumors being spread. Unless you were the one actually fired, you have no clue!
MK's team in LH has had 2 people let go over the past 2 weeks, very little info given on either. We've been raked over the coals for contacts, talk time, and Hedis lately. Not sure if they're looking for reasons to fire or if the coaches are just pushing us b/c they're desperate to keep their jobs.
These have been PHCS in hccp, and yes people are being let go
No one on my team has been let go, either. They are resigning at a pretty rapid pace, once they get an offer elsewhere, but nobody's been let go.
In what role are people being fired? I call BS! I have not heard of a single person being let go! Fear mongering again!

Even in this thread there are conflicting reports. On the edge of my seat to see what happens. Can't wait for this to be over one way or another.
Why are people giving out false info about it being next week? Who is getting fired?
That is awful if it's true. Humana can afford the severance. Associates who are working on improving performance are just let go? If that is true, that is unethical and just plain cruel.
Its not happening this week. Coaches are letting Staff go that are below preformance or on PIPs this week, then next step will be layoff
