What's the rumoured redundancy package. I heard 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks per year from all different people.

Anyone any idea what they are giving this time. Just wondering if the packages are getting worse or staying the same as the years go on.

Will there be more layoffs this year or do we think it's all over until 2027 now?

What, precisely, is their function? They seems to have ample time to dissect the most trivial of PowerPoints and visitor agendas. Beyond convening superfluous meetings and squandering the time of others, do they contribute anything of genuine value? Do they even know what real work means.

Has anyone received their VSP check yet or know how long it takes after your separation date for them to issue it? Will it come via direct deposit or in the mail?

My separation date was 8/4 and I already signed the final acceptance on the VSP website.

For some yes. Others, no. Check out Nike tennis sports marketing this week in NYC. The full team is there attending an Ed Sheeran concert on Nike’s dime. Why does anyone even need to be there once clothes are given out? Much less the whole team, much less during times like this for Nike. Where is the accountability?
