The last Cost of Living Raise in stores happened in 2021 (part 1) and in 2022 (part 2).

The last Realignment happened in mid-2024.

The company seems to realign and give cost of living raises every few years since 2015.

Based on prior layoff rounds, it seems it often occurs on Wednesdays.

With Citi scheduled to report Q2 earnings on July 14, my assumption is that any July layoffs would likely take place on July 15 (or July 8).

So they laid off 150+ U.S. Associate Buyers last June but now have several positions posted on LinkedIn…. Is GenPact not working as well as they had hoped? Are they seeing their error in laying off based on tenure instead of performance? So many questions.

I was hit with my 2nd layoff in two years today. I finally thought I had a foundation for recovery and it was an illusion. I’ve applied to hundreds of jobs before this one. I’m still exhausted from the previous job search. I’m desperately looking for a role, any role at this point inside the organization to stay employed. I’m applying internally and externally. Any advice? To make matters worse, I was served with an eviction summons trying to catch up from the last layoff today. Just my luck.
