I've been hearing rumors that in the next quarter or so we will all be required to be in office 5 times a week in Berkeley Heights. Has anyone else heard something similar? (Not counting PL's org?) I am on 3x/week now.

I don't think the leadership particularly cares about retaining the best employees. However, I am interested in how much raise would motivate you to stay a little longer in this poorly managed company?

It is very obvious that, as long as there is a downturn in jobs, Fiserv will exploit it.. but I think they are not aware of how many people are looking for a more flexible job and intend to leave this place as soon as the opportunity opens up.

Any news on more Sales Layoffs? Management is begging for business in Q1 and threatening more coming. Super high goals... and new support or products. Is this just the Fiserv way. Bring in new? Has anyone heard more details.
