Anyone else have to deal with this lunacy? A group of associates put together with no actual rights or ability to solve dated client cases themselves, so instead they call, email and IM the case owners continually to tell them they need to update their old case and make it a priority once again. Thanks for the information, but if senior management and Frank the snake would not have already decimated our support teams we might actually have time to work on old cases, but thanks to the mo--ns in charge we can barely keep up with new, daily client issues. The people in the top levels of this company seriously have zero clue what they have done to Fiserv. It used to be a great place to come to work everyday, now it's simply a paycheck. Show up, do bare minimum, go home. Rinse and repeat.

Flood the zone is nothing new. The only positive from all the RIF's is there are less client facing shills to push e-mails around.
Frank is doing this in order to use up the remaining knowledge before the next round of layoffs. That way he can satisfy the clients (in the short term anyway) while also replacing the remaining long-timers with some cheap grads.
Yeah it's a 2 hour break for me, what did they expect when they laid off all the support staff? It's not my problem that they are under staffed
Imagine being locked into a contract with this level of support.
I'm surprised at this point they haven't tried automating that flood the zone stuff using chatGPT lol. Get rid of a few more people to have more money to pay off Fortune magazine.
What a trash shop
If those pi---d off clients get Frank’s ear then the only outcome will be the cancellation of Forum. Don’t be surprised if this is the last one. There was no Old FD equivalent so he’s not married to the idea.
Just wait until all the pi$$ed off clients come to Forum this summer.
