Sales will plummet this year bc sales folks are buried in service case work.
Being the least smelly garbage is still being garbage.

Comparing yourself against those who are losing is not the same as winning. Whoever came up with that metric never was truly a winner.
Can't do sales when all of the salespeople are being forced to do service as well.
No sales layoffs planned - sales is a profession with a clear scorecard --- you are either meeting your quota or not - no ambiguity. Fortunately Fiserv is winning - FIS in shambles and Global not much better.
