I'm already hearing talks of senior and executive management "moving on." I'm wondering when that fiserv reshuffle dance email will pop in my mailbox. Maybe after the stock gets vested?

Went thru that my last 10 years at Fiserv. Nothing ever changed except for management and new hoops to go thru. Would last until different management took over in a year or two. Rinse and repeat.
It’s always a move of chess pieces. No one ever leaves.
Literally every quarter there is a new senior leader taking on a new department. Then all of us have to readjust new criteria, demands and processes.
I’ve literally been going through this since 2018.
