I don't think the leadership particularly cares about retaining the best employees. However, I am interested in how much raise would motivate you to stay a little longer in this poorly managed company?

Only way I'd stay is if I got 50k bump and a signed doc saying I was guaranteed WFH going forward. I'd still be in a dead end role as WFH have zero chance at promotion, but the pay would possibly prolong my stay.
Sort of feels like they don't want us to work here.
