I regret taking this job. There is zero work life balance. I don’t even think that’s a thing anymore since I started working here. The company does not provide plans to staff/backfill crucial roles and the rest of us have to pick up all the pieces while sacrificing our personal lives. It feels like you’re working 2 peoples jobs (if not more). I don’t understand how this is sustainable for anyone.…

Yes, fiserv is the worst place to work. Probably ever.
I refuse to let them run me into the ground. I work my 40. Take breaks when needed. Stay late for go-lives, but that’s it. A colleague just put in his 2 weeks notice because his PM was running him into the ground. He asked for help and it fell on deaf ears. I don’t blame him. I have no loyalty to this company.
I left on my own accord a few weeks ago. I feel like I have been released from PRISON. Horribly toxic work environment.
Have you ever seen The Amityville Horror?
GET OUTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
The pay isn’t even good!
Call with Dudley today one guy got on there and bragged on his people for working 18 hours a day 7 days a week for months on end to complete a project.
This is the mentality they want. Work yourself into oblivion for no perks. Management again runs this place like it's a 1950's sweatshop.
I hope you looked at the comments on here over the past year or have been hired before then? I have no sympathy for anyone who gets involved with this company having all this information. Even the few rah-rah posts on here aren't authentic.
So many people continue to put up with this company and don't act for themselves, only giving longevity to the toxic leadership. You will never be important to Fiserv, this was apparent during the return from Covid. If you try to wait out the current leadership, you will lose years of valuable time.
you're only overworked if you're letting yourself be overworked.
Work your 8 hours, take your lunch break, leave on time. The work can wait till tomorrow. Rinse and repeat
