The leadership is from first data. If they are so good then why do the desire to get rid of our necessary daily use software? The first data leadership is clueless and has no idea what each department does. They make sweeping decisions to eliminate necessary software. Working harder not smarter is our new motto.

And the post title “Everything Part of First Data is Bad” is mature and non-confrontational? Isn’t this a site for sharing information regarding company layoffs? Or just a vehicle for the always disgruntled OFS employees to bash their OFD counterparts for things which they never had any control over?

I SAID Yabuki sold you out, id--t. Get on with your life and start accepting the reality of the situation. And by the way, former First Data employees are 100 times better than you crybabies.

Wow, this sounds like something a juvenile teenager would type.

LOL. Thats why we are forced to do your work using your backwards and antiquated systems. Work harder not smarter is the motto of first data. Things were OK with original fiserv. But when first data took control, everything became toxic, mastering more busy work for less gains. Am I being a crybaby? Perhaps. I guess the difference between you and I is I prefer a non toxic workplace with infrastructure that actually works. I do not enjoy first data’s micromanagement approach to do more busy work that takes longer to accomplish anything. We stepped backwards technologically with first data. So yes, I am a displeased with my career in a backwards minded toxic first data corporate atmosphere.

The Fiserv - First Data split is a management thing. Actual employees who do work do not think that way.

“ News flash. Yabuki still sold you out.”

No kidding, Yabuki sold us out to an incompetent micromanaging leadership and outdated infrastructure.

And the OFS employees are the perfect clowns for the clown world infrastructure. News flash. Yabuki still sold you out.

First Data systems are archaic, backwards inefficient and unworkable. Terribly unfortunate fiserv was forced to incorporate first data’s clown world infrastructure.

...Because Yabuki got to keep the money and buy a house in Malibu? It is not like he has to stay behind and deal with the fallout.

If First Data is so bad then why did JY do the sellout routine? You can ask him although he may be hard to reach in Malibu. Until then, grow up.

Frist Data merged with Fiserv in name only. Fiserv was actually coverted to First Data and this is a very big problem internally in the organization. First Data does not value people and appear to get hacked everywhere. Products prior to the merge were substandard so much so the SEC fined First Data because of all the fraud. Where the $@$$ is all this fraud coming from that everyday people are experiencing on credit card delivered from a first data originating system brought over to Fiserv.

Maybe you forgot that the merger of First Data and Fiserv was just a disguise as a hostile takeover. If Frank could rebrand Fiserv to First Data he would, he just wants to mask all the debt he brought over with him.

Sorry First Data was merged in 2019 maybe since you live under a rock you didn't know. It is part of Fiserv which is now the leader in its industry. Maybe you have us confused with FIS.
