Leave a used tamp-n in the area between their desk and the wall.
Depends on the type of toxic. If they yell and belittle people, try to stay off the projects that stress them out. Don’t attend any town halls or read emails from corporate, just do your job and pretend they don’t exist. If they are the toxic that wants to turn the place into a sweatshop, not much you can do.
Leave.
Quitting is always an option .. unless you find new gig how to survive them
How about tell your bosses boss or ethics if it's a violation of company policy on code of conduct.
Only real survivor tip is find a new job. It won't get better.
People don't quit jobs, they quit bosses.
