Any word on raises?

Been with the company 8 years I know not to expect much. Just wanna know if anyone heard anything yet.

Why would there be anything to be given to the people who actually do the work? It reminds me of the French revolution. We know how that turned out

You don’t have to pay back your raise if you leave. I can’t believe anyone would think that is true.

The raise if you can call ot that would pathetic. 2 percent and the rest in restricted stock options. Oh and if you leave the company on your own you have to pay back the 2.3 perce or whatever number you got in a raise. I'm not sure it's legal.

Yeah I heard Frank has stated that COVID is still having an impact on Fiserv. So for safe measure he is holding onto all the allocated bonus money and properly manage it to see how he can increase his own compensation.

Very disgusting!!! People work long and hard…and they expect more and more and reward you with nothing…all the glory to Frank…why don’t they just take the whole company to Berkeley Heights/sell off output
