Fiserv has worst senior leadership once can expect in tech. Clowns with extra large ego running the tech. Never ever experience in 30 yrs career

You can’t be serious. Upper management has no clue what is going on. The technology is outdated and archaic. The tech leadership are dinosaurs waiting for the comet to crash to become extinct. Only then, without the first data tech leader dinosaurs can we can rebuild with current technological trends.
Not sure we can can label what occurs at Fiserv as "leadership"....
Pretty interesting to state that this is the best tech leadership in the world when every single decision has been driven by ego or haste.
First, forcing people to relocate just to fill up a building in NJ is just Frank's way of trying to impress Jamie Dimon. The best tech leaders in the world, mostly went remote. Only now are they starting to consider return to office.
Second, regardless of your opinion, forcing COVID vaccinations was unnecessary and leadership even went back in that requirement but the damage was already done.
Lastly, putting all the eggs in the Clover basket is a terrible idea as that market is competitive and quite frankly there are companies that are better (Square and Stripe come to mind).
You make a good point.
No one has spread as much talent to as many companies as Fiserv senior technology leadership.
We aren't losing our employees. We are providing them to the world.

I was with the famous and feared Malware Forensics group and that was a singular tech saavy bunch. All gone now on their own to better jobs. So there were parts of tech that were good but burned out by the Visigoth invasion.
They are getting CIO and senior leaders with absolutely no qualifications ( no tech, people skills or growth mindset).. it is horrible to live through the toxic work culture these people have establishing impacting well being of so many people who care for their clients
I worked for FD for 21 years and I can tell you the last years with FB were by far the worst. The converted me to a contractor and I immediately found a new job with a way better company with benefits that are outstanding. I would never return to Fiserv/FD while it is run by these clowns. Also they screwed me out of nearly 30K in so called equity shares and my severance.
