It was tied to your business units performance in 2022. If you had a bad year don't look for much in the way of bonus or restricted stock options.
Not true. I am Clover and get no bonus. I fell under the "harmonization" bonus last year and now get none going forward. Anyone with Clover who does get a bonus, was employed before the acquisition and was grandfathered in.
All this talk of bonus’….I’ve never even received a bonus at Fiserv..
Is the One Fiserv still a talking point? I don't recall hearing/seeing it much since JY left. He was big on talking about it but never making progress on it.
Clover was its own company. Assume that some of their compensation policies were negotiated in the acquisition.
