I hear that the Indian employees are done with merit increases. Anyone know the details?
April 1 is she merit date - just as it was last year.
All managers have been told so far is that the “Merit Cycle” will begin in March. Historically, that cycle time is unpredictable and has been weeks to months. It could still make payroll cut-off for April pay, but in 2021 that was July!
Hey in fairness Frank was FORCED to take 6 percent. His contract said so.
He didn’t write it did he?
Every one else can expect 1 percent at best.
Like someone else said, what a tu-d of a company.
Not a lot of enthusiasm… the rich get richer… we all work for same goals for successful company… only those at the top are rewarded /pretty phony “teamwork”
What kind of sick people run this tu-d of a company who require annual reviews on a timely manner but can’t come up with a merit amount increase? Expect the paltry 2%
Deadlines can be pushed back. Just ask our clients.
February 28th is the day for bonuses at Fiserv. For business units that didn't make their projections don't expect much in bonuses or raises.
Are we not coming up to the deadline? I believe last year I got my merit increase on the 3rd of March. I'm hearing some divisions aren't getting any increases.
Honestly and this is just speculation… it’ll be the standard 1-3% increase
Well if you are looking outside of what Frank and his cronies will get....the answer is none for both.
