What's the last date that you can leave and still get your yearly bonus?

@bz where? there are 2-3 articles but they all says different things
The policy says 2 different thing. Is it dec 31 or March 15th?
I had a prior employee pay me my bonus 4 months after I left (a good company). They called me and left me a voicemail letting me know they decided to still pay out my bonus.
That's^ a good company. Truist would never.
Nobody should be getting a damn bonus that is considered management or higher up because they all su-k.
Why ask that here??? Read the policy as it’s clearly stated.

Pretty sure they'll yoink it if you're not employed on the payment date.
