All Hands

These meetings are popping up on calendars. I suspect they’ll lay the groundwork for relocation. Pay careful attention. It might be you.

Cash bonus payback?

Has anyone quit this year so far and had to payback their cash bonus?

Severance

So I keep hearing the rumored “Fiserv is out of severance funding”. Is this true? There’s quite a bit of full time remote positions left to be given the axe we all know is inevitably coming. Curious if those folks will just be SOL/filing for... — read more

Cough cough

So um how about a sick-off on May 1st? I think theres a bug going around. Sure would be a shame if most of the company caught it.

OFS Legacy employees don't matter?

FB could care less that there has been SOO many legacy OFS people leave this company due to the RTO/Relocate mandate. I personally know of over 10 people who have had to leave due to this & they had over 150 years' experience between them. Nothing... — read more

Speak your mind next week

Question for current employees…

The co-founder of First Data passed away. I’m wondering if this was acknowledged either via email or on the internal website. I hope so but I doubt it. Frank believes he founded the place.

I use to give 12 hrs a day

I really loved this company. Put 12 to 14 hrs in the home office, I was happy , customers happy. I was pushed to BH office now. Now, I go to the office, I report to my desk like a bi--h, but I only put 3 hrs work. None of my teams or boss here. I... — read more

Ideal employee

Sometimes I wonder what Fiserv actually wants from an employee and what their ideal employee is, because it seems to me that the harder I try, the less valued I am in this company.

Being in the office is terrible

I'm definitely thinking of quitting now. Just a quick question: is anyone feeling more productive since returning to the office than they were working from home? My motivation is zero.

Any input?

Just requesting an input, not a legal one. I am remote for more than 10 years, 100% care giver for my mom , mom is 90 and moved with us. We don’t believe in nursing homes. I do my job very well and take care of Mom, can Fiserv compels me to RTO. I... — read more

Ready...fire...aim

Seems like the approach taken by this OFD leadership on everything. Guess what, you will never hit your target. Maybe that's why you fail on every plan, every project, everything!

Manager Sums it up….

If you want to be a manager, I’m happy to promote anyone if they’re willing to move. For my team, there is no good reason to go to an office. We’re all spread across the country. It makes no sense. I know I’m preaching to the choir. But unless you... — read more
