Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Termination letters - follow-up

You asked the following:

Are banks termination letters specific to a core? No, banks want to terminate business relationships with Fiserv. A poster corrected me and he/she is right. Not 3 per month, it is about 3 to 4 per core. The termination due to quality work, follow ups, and no clarity, lack of direction or investment by Frank in this sector of the business.

Where are they going? Major campaign from FIS to create a banking clients advisory board, to ensure banks have a voice and alignment with FIS strategy. I think Les Muma , confounder of Fiserv, Tampa, FL based, still on the FIS board.

Who is supporting the banks now? There are several former Fiserv engineers that are consulting directly with the banks through 1099. Many of them launched their own consulting firm, in the DNA space.

There are several banks on legal hold.

Finally, Todd H. Didn’t just leave, I got the truth, several C suites clients subpoenaed him to their offices and was overwhelmed. He was vague, hated being there and didn’t bring any value.

So you are saying 3-4 term letters per core per month? That seems awfully high?

Honestly that’s where all of Product and Core Management is, you have to be vague and can’t give straight answers because you have no idea what the strategy is or the resources to do it with if you did.
