They are happily blaming it on the RTO announcement just before the survey started

If your managers are telling you they aren’t out they are either lying to you or had too few respondents causing the ones who did to roll up a level. They’ve been available on Fuel for 2 weeks now.

Why re-shape the truth. I heard they were very bad scores. Should be an indication of what a cr-ppy place we work at. I feel like a prisoner at time. Badge in, badge out,
Sapince buddy watching everything I do. And the worst part is that it’s not accurate. If I am sick I have to take time off instead of working from home like I have done before. Just a sad place. Morale is low.

Middle management will now be tasked with increasing the engagement score that for our team was the lowest ever due to fb and his antiquated leadership and collocation and rto strategy. Nope I didn’t make that decision I can’t fix it

saw scores for our group. Extremely low scores were on RTO (83% unfavorable). Also, mixed bag on overall communication (or lack thereof) at Fiserv.

We will never see the results. Or they will spin it and blame middle management levels.

Shocking that the results were bad. SHOCKING. Frank is a leader of men! Granted, they are men carved out of the 1950's, but I digress.

But hey, if you don't like it just quit!! Lofl. Sorry Shilly for that low blow. 😂

Frank's dog ate the results, so they can't show you what they were. But they were really good you just need to trust Frank on that point.

The lowest score had to do with return to office and colocating

My manager told me the results were so bad, that the executives are trying to "reshape" the numbers a bit to maintain positivity. It might be a while before we see the results.
