6 figure salary to work from the office 4 days/week, 1 day I am allowed to work from wherever. I spend my time in the office playing wack-a-wallpaper. When I first logon I change it from whatever propaganda 'they' are pushing to something more appropriate. Then I wait for the scheduled task to kick off the powershell script to change it back and I change it to what I want. Then I get to relax and play wordle until it's time to pack up and head home only to come back and do it all over again. Thx FB for giving me something meaningful to do while I'm working from work.

You realize posts like this, exaggerated or not, just encourage more spyware and harassment of employees, right?
@OP+1naBLQ01 either do work or get out! I'm not a Fiserv cheerleader but I do my job and then some and I'll take that salary. If you don’t have anything to do, reach out to a team member and help them or just quit. Nobody has any time for people like you! We all want Fierrv to be a better company that offers better pay and a better culture. Nobody wants a-holes hanging around making more work for the rest of us.
The guy getting paid $125k, to do nothing, is a rounding error compared to the guy making $25 million to actively harm the company.
Observe senior leadership and use this company for self enrichment just like they do.
I’ve been as critical as anyone about the things going on but you seem to be the problem. 125k and crying about going to the office? Try managing a group that gets paid 50k a year who have actual real world problems with child care costs, vehicle maintenance, he-l even tolls for some of mine. Put your big boy pants on and be grateful someone like you has a gig. You’re a big part of the reason the front line teams suffer.
I guess you don't have sapience installed on your pc. But your possition will be outsourced elsewhere where they will pay 25k instead of 125k.
Sounds like you could be the target for laying off. But...leave the rest of us alone, we are carrying the whole company including you with multiple people's workload. If the leadership has a slight idea on who to keep and who to remove, this company would be a much better place.
