Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Actually doing several jobs?

I never evaded taking on more work, as long as it was a reasonable amount of additional workload, because I wanted to expand my skills, I wanted to progress. However, Fiserv started taking advantage of that and a lot of us now do several jobs here instead of just the one we applied for, without any rewards for it. I wonder how much more they will try to squeeze the employees before they reach rock bottom...

The Omaha comment doesn't surprise me. Have they given the GenZ/millennials a safe place do go after dealing with an angry Client

In Omaha I get a kick watching all the new young people they are hiring…first if all they walk around like they own the place…dress like sloppy college kids and don’t have a clue about the workings of the company or how detailed everything is.

FraudNet alerts are being partially handled by another group because they refuse to hire enough people

Wonderful revenge story: CEO of a landscape design firm fired half his staff with no notice at all. So ....... the other half walked out too and the business collapsed. OH could that but happen to FrankServ.

why they should pay you for additional job duties when you do it for free anyways... If you refuse you are called quiet quitter for not going above and beyond...

We have entire departments that are vacant. The departments that are on the adjacent part of the waterfall just do the work for the missing department.

It is going to be a fun audit. I wonder how they will respond when they find out required tasks are being skipped because of missing associates.

Sadly there is no rock bottom. Do yourself a favor and take your knowledge to another employer who will appreciate your talent.
