Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Sapience buddy

I am with the DNA group and just got Sapience installed. My productivity decreased by at least 40% as my system is so slow now. After putting an 8 hr shift, I will not give this sh---y Frank a min more, Sapience showed I was only online for 2 hours. WTF??? 60% of my day was in conference calls. I am fed up. What are your thought?

This has gone too far, but not surprised , look at the reports back when Frank worked for Jaime Dimon, he did the same thing, he hired Peter Cavicchia, noticed another Italian from NY, to spy on Dimon. When sh-t hit the fan,m and Dimon discovered the spying operation, Peter was fired. Few months later Frank resigned. Where is Peter today? He is Fiserv CTO! A perfect holly wood script. I am really not surprised. How about the former secret service agents that have been hired? This is too much. I just want to take care of the customer. I have no agenda!

The spyware is laughable. When measuring productivity, real fintechs probably use things like projects completed, revenue generated...we count clicks.

The tool was built for call centers...it isn't well equipped to apply to project management or client management or people managers...or the majority of the associates it has been pushed to...its' like having Big Brother watching, but one who's incompetent and doesn't understand the business and roles. So perfect tool from the Broadway team.

Moving or clicking the mouse does NOT get logged as activity. I have experienced that when taking required training in Xchange and reading project documents. Sapience shows me as being inactive and as unaccounted for time.

Anytime my manager brought up sapience, I told him it was inaccurate and that I didn't care. I was there to complete a job, not play games with the mouse.

It's so STUPID for experienced adults to have to "figure out" how to game the Sapience system - ridiculous, in fact. And the reason Sapience is in no way effective is because it does not have any ability to differentiate between tasks/devices/peoples' roles. RIDICULOUS.

Also, if you want to read about Secret Service Pete, open an incognito/private window to get around the paywall. And, _screw_ Frank and all his mafia cronies. Despicable.

My job requires travel so I literally work from my phone most days since I’m in an airplane or car. So how is that tracked? Or is it?

One thing we were told about getting credit for Conf. Calls & Sapience is Accept the Call on outlook. that might help, but also not sure if being on Teams PC for the call or Teams Cell Phone makes the difference. But agree, it is pure BS.

This article has a paywall now, but it gives the full story on a Peter Cavicchia. Pete is former Secret Service. What is this guy doing in leadership after fired for spying on his own leadership. You have to know that the REJECTS from JP Morgan are the leadership of Fiserv.

Personally, I would be ashamed, but these guys Pete, Frank, the whole cabal, have no shame or integrity.

Sapience=SARS
Spying And Reporting System.
Guess the name for this virus was already taken. Yes this can and will make you sick. The more you think about this and the whole Fiserv environment the worse you feel.

All the spyware, including Sapience which has been on mine for a long time, will slow your machine down to a crawl. It takes a few seconds just to open a folder in file explorer, from all the scanning, recording, you name it. I don't really care what they are looking for, the parasitic load alone is a major productivity ki-ler. But it's their machine their choice, for me personally, will never gone above and beyond as I used to do.

Sapience has problems, I don't care what it reports anymore. There are plenty of times where I'm at the laptop the entire day working 8 hours straight and it shows 4-5 hours. To me this is part of a mind game to get more hours out of people. I put in an honest days work and don't worry what it says. Also it would appear that SVP Matt Figurski was the one who "Championed" Sapience in Fiserv. You can find references to this on SharePoint and online. He also likes to outsource our jobs. Wonderful stuff huh?

ID: @fes+1nmntHHO: none of the recommendations listed above work, moving mouse doesn’t work, accepting meetings doesn’t work, you must multi task during meetings or hire a finger clicker! Ouch it sounds so se-ual!

Make sure you accept meetings and they are marked as busy. Make sure any call you are on is on your calendar. Run the desktop version of outlook and make sure the last sync date is recent in the buddy app.
Join meetings and do work from your laptop. Anything you do from your phone doesn’t count.

Listen, this is a battle that you won’t and can’t win. You have to constantly move your mouse and type in order for buddy to work

Also multi tasking will hurt those numbers so if you are in a meeting and also doing work, it’ll count your work and not the fact you were in a meeting listening. It’s stupid but this is where we are.

Also your hours should count both online and offline… you need to make sure those numbers hit 6.5-8 hours

Welcome deeper in to He-l
