It is really crazy to see how many "reviews" are constantly left on glassdoor for fiserv. Everytime theres a review that I would classify as sounding like it was from someone who actually works here (ie negative reviews) it immediately is buried by a dozen 3-4 star reviews that basically say nothing. Must have a fulltime person tasked with doing this. Im now going through and finding all the truthful reviews and marking them as helpful in the hopes that they get surfaced to the top.

Isn’t this task what rise of the robots chatgpt was designed for? Right up franks alley to utilize ai for this. He is too cheap to pay a contractor for it but chatgpt can spin out reviews pronto.
H1B and overseas workers use Glassdoor in making their decisions the company cannot afford to the last remaining labor pool to dry up.
I am one of the ones who enters all the positive Glassdoor reviews to negate the negative reviews. I get paid for each review. I am a contractor and the job is thankless. However, I do get to work from home.
I suspect they have a bot running to past the one line comments for pros & cons with no punctuation. Always glowing reviews about what a great place to work - no negatives from former employees. They loved it so much that they left or were let go but still positive.
