I can understand not knowing as I was left in the dark for many years in this company when it was FD. When you're not on email lists you can miss a lot. Fiserv does have the Fuel page that is supposed to be viewed daily. You should probably look around there at least once a week.
It’s not a fake post. And, given the level of communication and collaboration (lol) across the company, do you really think it unusual that the left foot has no idea where the right foot even walks, or if there actually is one.
It is an event where Fiserv customers complain to Fiserv associates about problems that are outside of the associates control. Apparently our client pay big money for this opportunity.
