2 weeks of severance for every year. Up to 26 weeks.

It's supposed to be 2 weeks for every year of service. Did that change?
1 month for 10 years... that is _crap_! When I quit, I will give no notice - just walk out. If they ask why I didn't give 2 weeks as expected, I will say "sorry, policy changed!"
Through my experience, severance is capped at 6 months regardless of how long you have been there.
