I miss the old Belk

I worked for Belk in the early to mid 2000s, and left in 2009, back then it was a terrific place and it makes me sad to see what it has turned into

Centralized registers does not work

RVP's and Store Managers are all saying this does not work. This is a cost cutting measure from Sycamore. Especially in Intimate Apperal, Home Store, Ladies Shoes, they need a register and a dedicate sales associate to help customers.

This summer

So we are told that by this summer, Belk will be Centralizing the Registers to be upfront, similar to Kohl’s......anyone else hear this?
