RVP's and Store Managers are all saying this does not work. This is a cost cutting measure from Sycamore. Especially in Intimate Apperal, Home Store, Ladies Shoes, they need a register and a dedicate sales associate to help customers.

Anyone know or heard anything about this new position? Is this their way of eliminating MTM/OTM positions in non top doors and eliminating what visual leads are left

So we are told that by this summer, Belk will be Centralizing the Registers to be upfront, similar to Kohl’s......anyone else hear this?
