Some people speculate that we might hear the news of company’s liquidation very soon. I don’t have any more reliable insights, I’ve only heard speculations that it might happen. Any thoughts?

@crownivy.com, have you noticed Crown and Ivy doesn’t have a premium location at Belk Crabtree? New Directions captivates the mall audience across from Lily Pulitzer. Just questioning your reason.
I work at Macy’s. These are my two cents as I was actually thinking of quitting, and applying at Belk
Or Dillard’s. But maybe not.
The only good thing about belk is Crown and ivy clothing, The Limited, and Biltmore. The quality is ok with the clothing, but the designs are beautiful. Yes. Crown looks like Lilly sometimes, but most pieces are original and cute.
Only if corporate was smart enough and did something with these brands outside of “belk” I’m sure they would have a huge success. Crown had its own store in Raleigh NC, which unfortunately closed, because it was “hassle” for them. They could open their own “.com” shop, and create brand identities; with their own social growing.
Like I said, I work at Macy’s in Crabtree mall, and I can always tell when a customer is wearing crown and ivy. Plus biltmore is cheaper and great quality, when compared to croscill.

When you say soon, what is soon? My two cents: they're not going to announce liquidation but layoffs and store closures will be coming by the end of the year.
