please if you can get out. I'm saddened reading all these comments on here. Belk is now at the rock bottom, don't believe that junk about a $225 million fund from Sycamore, more smoke and mirrors. Any company that can't pay employees $10 an hour and give them more than 5 hours a week means run, run, run!! The only people that stay are stupid or can't find another job.

Exactly. Do you think we stay because it's a great place to work. I have to make a certain amount of income annually to keep my insurance. And @djj+ you are so right that they will use us until the end. But when have they ever cared about the associates. The place has always been toxic.
Don't judge. There could be extenuating circumstances.
They're using the associates until the very end, they have no regard for us.
