Does anyone else have a feeling that they are dealing with completely side issues instead of tackling things that really matter if they are going to save this company? Oh yes, I almost forgot, they don't have much will to save at least what can be saved. There are million red flags, you need to get out of here as soon as possible.

I was hired as HR then told I would have to do maintenance, cleaning, unloading trucks, and work overnight doing inventory. I abruptly quit. I felt like it was a bait and switch job.
They're trying to sell as much as they can, use fewer associates to do more work, while managers keep their pay, and earn bonuses, and claim our store is not closing.
