I am referring to a thread posted by someone who has been attacked in their workplace by a customer. Also, I confirm that my customers are becoming more and more aggressive, but fortunately I did not get into a situation of being physically attacked.
However, what I have noticed is that employees are less and less protected by the management, which allows customers to behave however they want towards us.

So true! They are overly aggressive and VERY disrespectful! I have witness and daily go thru racism in Mississippi 😥
