Belk corporate, did it ever occur to you, these associates are the ones, you solely depend on, where would you be without them?

Maybe a "sick out" would at least show corporate that we're sick and tired of being pulled in a million directions because of low staffing. If Belk really is doomed, well,there's nothing we can do about it but for the time that might be left, let them know that longer store hours and less associates on the floor is a horrible formula.
And for the salary they're paying, no one else is going to want to work here.

replace us with 7.25 hr associates. This country is anti labor and ruled by the corporate elite.
They’re was a strike at Stein Mart before they shut down completely. Entire stores called out. nothing ever became of it. They still went out of business.
Exactly! Same as every other employer operating in “At Will” states. Too many of them! Time to change the legislation or those governing.
